The 25 Worst Wearables Ever

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch is a great product for about two weeks, after which you start looking at the glistening $400 paperweight on your wrist and wonder whether you’ve still got the receipt somewhere. It’s undeniably a well-built, reliable product, and there’s nothing better on the market (although there are better value-for-money smart watches available), but you just can’t use the watch for anything useful. Until Apple finds a way to design more effective apps and programs that make sense for a watch—and not just a minuscule phone—the Watch won’t catch on like the iPhone. Sales have been much lower than forecast, and there is speculation that Apple is considering scrapping wearable technology plans for the immediate future.
